Der Globus mit 12 farbig gedruckten Segmenten bezogen, Halbmeridian in Metall, schwerer vierbeiniger Mahagonifuß mit ebonisierten Löwenfüßen. Am Sockel ein Messingschild mit der Widmung “Presented to Maj. Gen. William W. Cobb by the Honor Guard of the Berlin Brigade”, kleine Beschädigungen. Durchmesser: Ca. 81 cm. Höhe: Ca. 153 cm.

With brass dedication sign “Presented to Maj. Gen. William W. Cobb by the Honor Guard of the Berlin Brigade”, small damages. Diameter c. 81 cm, height c. 153 cm. General Major William W. Cobb (1917-2007) was from 1971 to 1974 commanding general of the American Sector of Berlin.
