Registered persons have the possibility to change the personal data provided during registration at any time. A complete deletion of the registration access from the data stock takes place on request. If the data is required to fulfil a contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures, premature deletion of the data is only possible insofar as contractual or statutory obligations do not provide for deletion.

5.       Newsletter

On our website we offer you the possibility to subscribe to our newsletter. With this newsletter we inform in regular intervals about our auctions. In order to receive our newsletter, we need your consent (article 6 (1) a) GDPR). We will check the e-mail address you have to enter to ensure that you are actually the owner of the e-mail address provided or that the owner is authorized to receive the newsletter. When you register for our newsletter, we will save your IP address and the date and time of your registration. In the event that a third party misuses your e-mail address and subscribes to our newsletter without your knowledge, this serves as a safeguard on our part. The data collected will only be used to subscribe to our newsletter. The data will not be passed on to third parties. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time and either by sending a message to the contact option described above or via a link provided for this purpose in the newsletter. Data entered to set up the subscription will be deleted in the event of cancellation. Should these data have been transmitted to us for other purposes and elsewhere, they will remain with us.

6.       data safety

All information you transmit to us is stored on servers within the European Union. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure, which is why we cannot guarantee the security of the data transmitted to our website via the Internet. 7.       Live Auctions

All Auctions are broadcast live in internet and we encourage you to place bids in real time while watching. The broadcast streams over a platform specifically licensed for live streaming format of auctions in the internet. We have no influence on the data management policies of this service provider.
